Pricing and Specification

ComputTimeClock is priced at $295 per single copy.  This price
includes:

  • CompuTimeClock software, delivered on-line.
  • Pre-installation consultation
  • Installation and set-up
  • Software set-up: configure the software to suit your needs
  • On-line training
  • 90 days tech support

How does it work?

Before you make the purchase, our technical professional will discuss
with you over the phone your needs, and consult you on how
CompuTimeClock will best serve you.

When you decide to buy, we will setup an on-line account so we can
remotely access your computer via high-speed internet.  Our
technical professional will deliver the software on-line and configure
it to your specification.

Training and support can be done on-line and by-phone.  Our
technical professional will remotely access your computer so that we
will both see the program running in your computer.  We will also talk
over the phone.  The bottom line: it is almost as good as our
professional is at your location.

System Requirement

  • Windows based computer with 256 MB RAM or more, 40 GB
    Harddrive.
  • Windows 2000, XP, or later.
  • Microsoft Access 2000 or later: CompuTimeClock reports are
    based on Access.  If you don't have Access, reports cannot be
    generated.  If you have Word and Excel but no Access, you are
    probably running Microsoft Office basic edition.  You need to
    upgrade it to Professional edition.  Upgrade price shall be
    around $200.  


Additional Cost

$295 is for single user.  Sales Lead Manager can run in a network
environment.  Licensing fee for additional computers in the same
network is $99 each.

CompuTimeClock can also be run simultaneously in multiple locations
that are not connected.  To merge attendance record from multiple
locations, you need TimeMerger, which is priced at $795.


On-Site Installation and Training

On-Site installation and training is available at $800 per day, or $500
for half a day.  Travel expense will be charged at cost.


Support Service

After the first 90 days, you can get tech support for $100 per
incident.  Optionally, you can subscribe our support service at $9.95
per month for first license and $4.95 per month for each additional
license.


Customization and Programming Service

We also provide consulting service relating to CompuTimeClock:

  • Additional training
  • Related training, such as working with Microsoft Word
    Mailmerge, Access etc.
  • Customizing CompuTimeClock, such as adding new fields.
  • Custom reports
  • General consultation.

Consulting service is not included in the regular support service and
will be charged at our standard consulting rate.  Please call for detail.
