ComputTimeClock is a Windows-based software that replaces your mechanical time
clock and more.

How does it work?

CompuTimeClock is divided into two parts:

  • Time Recorder
  • Time Manager


Time Recorder is for employees to clock in and out.
  • You can run Time Recorder in any computer.
  • The computer may be running any application, such as Word or Excel.
  • When an employee reports to work, all he needs is to hit a "Hot-key".  
  • A window will pop-up, prompting for the employee ID.















  • The employee can enter his ID.
  • Time Recorder is smart enough to know if he is clocking in or out.
  • Time Recorder will record the fact that this employee clock-in or out at the
    specific time.
  • You can run Time Record in more than one computers in the network.
  • An employee can clock-in or out at any of these computers.
  • The  person using the computer will be interrupted for just a couple of seconds
    while Time Recorder is run.  He does not have to exit and reload the program
    he is running.

Time  Manager is for the manager to process time and attendance data.
  • The manager can view the time clock data for individual employee.


































  • He can modify the data can correct any time-clock entry error.
  • He can add or subtract break time from employee's hour.
  • He can print time clock summary.
